SnapRoof Inc. (“SnapRoof”, “we”, “us”) offers for sale non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services. We realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the goods and services we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reason:
- Non-delivery of the Good or Service: Technical issues may arise when conducting business transactions via websites and/or mobile applications. The SnapRoof website or mobile application may experience a technical issue that prevents the delivery of a purchased product or service. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance.
- Claims for non-delivery must be submitted by way of SnapRoof’s Contact Us submission form or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days from the order placement date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
- You should accompany your claim with detailed and grounded reasons why you believe you are entitled to a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Service.
- We keep the right to rectify the error within 10 business days. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 10 business days from the date of the receipt of the Contact Us submission or the email, the refund will be issued to the customer in full. Please be advised that temporary access to your account may be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our website, mobile application, goods, or services. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your account will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
In all other cases, we do not issue refunds once an order is placed and the goods or services are provided. As a customer (“customer”, “user”, “users”, “you”), you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any good or service from us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that before purchase, you:

- Evaluate our services, website, and mobile application to ensure they meet your needs
- Do not allow any other persons access your credit cards or your accounts to ensure that no one pays for a good or service without your permission

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc.). We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
